This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of information when you use the Blendpixl mobile application (the “App”), which provides AI-powered image creation and editing services including text-to-image generation, image stylization, AI face swapping, image redrawing, and AI clothing replacement (collectively, the “Services”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal data responsibly in compliance with global data protection principles and applicable international privacy laws.

By accessing or using Blendpixl, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is necessary to deliver, optimize, and secure our Services. We do not collect unnecessary personal data, and we limit collection to the minimum required for functional purposes.

1.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

- User Account Data (if applicable): If you create an account, we may collect a username, email address, and password (stored via encrypted hashing only). We do not require profile photos or additional personal identifiers to use core Services.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

- Device & Usage Data: Non-personal device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, browser type), and usage data (Service features accessed, session duration, interaction logs, error reports). This data is used to improve App performance, fix bugs, and ensure service stability.

- Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics to optimize user experience and Service functionality; this data cannot be linked to individual users.

2. Critical Notice: Facial Information & Data Storage

WE DO NOT STORE USER FACIAL INFORMATION

For AI face swapping and related facial editing Services: Any facial data extracted from your uploaded photos is only used for real-time, in-session processing to generate your desired edited image. We do NOT store, save, archive, or retain any facial data, facial templates, or biometric identifiers derived from your photos. Once the processing is complete and the final image is delivered to you, all temporary facial data used for processing is immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.

We do not collect, store, or share facial information for any purpose beyond your immediate, one-time Service request, and we never use facial data for marketing, profiling, or third-party sharing.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for the following purposes:

- Deliver and process your requested Services (generate, edit, and render images based on your inputs)

- Process and complete AI face swapping, image redrawing, stylization, and clothing replacement tasks (temporary in-session use only, with no permanent storage)

- Verify account identity (if applicable) and maintain secure access to the App

- Troubleshoot technical issues, improve Service quality, and optimize AI algorithms (using anonymized, non-identifiable data only)

- Respond to customer support inquiries and provide user assistance

- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms of service, and protect the security of the App and our users

We do NOT use your personal data, uploaded images, or content for commercial advertising, unsolicited marketing, or any purpose not disclosed in this policy.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data, uploaded images, or facial data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share limited data only in the following circumstances:

- Trusted Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with App hosting, cloud processing, and technical infrastructure (bound by strict confidentiality agreements and data protection standards). These providers are only authorized to process data as needed to deliver our Services and are prohibited from independent use or disclosure.

5.1 Security Measures

While no system is entirely secure, we maintain rigorous protections to safeguard your information.

5.2 Data Retention Period

- Uploaded Images & Generated Content: Temporary processing data is deleted immediately after Service completion; generated images are stored only for your access within the App (you may delete them at any time, and we will permanently remove them upon your request).

- Facial Data:NO RETENTION – deleted instantly after processing, as outlined in Section 2.

- Account Data: Retained only for the duration of your active account; deleted upon account deactivation.

- Usage & Analytics Data: Retained in anonymized form for service improvement, then securely deleted or archived in non-identifiable format.

6. User Rights & Choices

You may exercise the following rights regarding your data, subject to applicable international privacy laws:

- Access and review the personal data we hold about you

- Request correction or deletion of inaccurate or unnecessary personal data

- Request deletion of uploaded images, generated content, and account data
